Currently we are limiting the video size limits to 100 MB at the moment, until we can allow larger video size uploads back again.
For videos that are too large to upload for you Sessions, you will need to compress them. I am going to use https://www.videosmaller.com/ in this example to give you a walk through.
You will need to upload the video you want to the compressor (for videosmaller.com there is a 500mb limit)
You can select low compression at first if you would like to see if that will compress it enough and keep a higher quality
Select upload video
You will then be given the ability to download your compressed video
5. The final step is to take your normally compressed video and upload it
