A: No, Members can be added to your Masterminds manually through your dashboard and click Members.


Where can I get a list of my people who bought my course?

A: You can find your list of members through the Members tab on your dashboard. You may also locate the paid members in your Stripe account you have connected.

A: To update your Logo you will need to go to your dashboard and click on the organization you wish to update.

Next, you will need to hover over your organization tab and click on settings. From here you will be able to update your logo for one specific organization.


How can I add or update my contact support email for my buyers?

A: To update your Contact Support email you will need to go to your dashboard and click on the organization you wish to update.

Next, you will need to hover over your organization tab on the left of your screen and click on settings. From here you will be able to update your Support email for one specific Organization.

How can I hide my support email in the directory?

A: To turn off the display of your Contact Support email you will need to go to your dashboard and click on the organization you wish to update.

A; Members can cancel any mastermind they want at any time. They will need to go into the Organizations where the mastermind is housed. Once they are there they can Unsubscribe from the mastermind.

How do I cancel my whole Mastermind.com Membership?

A: You will need to login and go to your dashboard. Once you are logged in you will need to hover over your name and click on Billing and Usage. From there you can cancel your Mastermind.com subscription.

How can my members contact me?

A: Your members will be able to connect with you through the Customer support Tab located on the Dashboard to the left of the screen.

What is the standard refund policy for my Mastermind course buyers (members)?

(Hint: As per the TOS, sellers are required to provide a minimum 30 days refund policy. They can offer extended refund policy by noting in their mastermind)

Who is responsible for refunding my members?

A: The seller of the Mastermind will be responsible for the refund and will need to comply with their Terms and Conditions. If the Mastermind seller breaks their Terms and Conditions and they do not comply with Mastermind.coms Terms and Conditions. Mastermind.com will step in to resolve the Dispute.

How can I provide a refund to my members?

A: You will have to log into your Stripe account, refund your member. After that, you will need to come to your mastermind account and remove the member from that mastermind.
