Troubleshooting: Audio/Video Not Detected

Are you getting an error message that you audio or video is not detected? Check out this article for the solution.

NOTE: Please make sure that you are using the Google Chrome Browser to host and join Mastermind live sessions. Firefox is not supported, and other browsers do not provide an optimal experience.

When starting a live session, please make sure to allow microphone and camera access.

You can do this by clicking on the Audio and Video buttons on the bottom left of the screen. (You will need to click both.)

After you have done this, you will be prompted to allow Microphone and Camera access.

Click Allow on each popup.

If you do not see these popups, click on the padlock in the address bar of your browser (Chrome) and click Site Settings.

From there, make sure that Allow is selected for both Camera and Microphone

After doing this, you will need to reload the Mastermind session in your browser.
