To get someone added as an admin or even an expert, first you must follow the below steps:

  1. Scroll to find "Organization" (under Collaborate)

  2. Then you can hover over the the "Organization"

  3. Click on "Invitations"

  4. Then you can click on the button labelled "Invite A New Member"

  5. You will have to enter their email address

  6. Below this box, you can select "Invite as Administrator"

Your new admin will get an email for them to sign in and start help you with your new Mastermind.

The second step is to get them added as an participating expert.

Mastermind:

  • Under the name of Mastermind, click "Edit Details"

  • Scroll down to "Mastermind Experts"

  • Enter your name of the invited expert

Session:

  • Click of the session name you would like to edit

  • Scroll down to "Participating Experts"

  • Enter your name of the invited expert

We do plan to create more restrictive permissions in the future.
