Where to Locate Support in your Mastermind.com Dashboard

This article is designed to assist you in finding the best possible resources for Mastermind.com support.

To begin, make sure that you are logged into your Mastermind.com account, and are currently viewing your dashboard.

On the left-hand side of your screen, please locate and click on the "Support" tab.

This will then drop-down the following options:

  • Contact Support

  • Feature Requests

  • Help Documents


CONTACT SUPPORT option:

When you click on the "Contact Support" tab, you will be taken to a page that shows the best possible ways to reach our amazing Mastermind support team:


FEATURE REQUESTS option:

Clicking on the "Feature Requests" option, will then redirect you to a different page that will allow you to leave feedback on what you think would be a beneficial implementation to the software.

This would be used if you want to utilize a feature on the software, that we don't have implemented yet. This is where you would let our team know!


HELP DOCUMENTS option:

When you click on the "Help Documents" option, this will then take you to a collection of Articles.

These articles are written by our amazing team, and are incredibly helpful in your course creation process.
