To clear your cache, please follow the following steps:
To begin, click on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner of your Google Chrome window, then go down to Settings.
From here, look to the left-hand side of your screen and go to Privacy and Security, then click on the Clear Browsing Data option:
On the pop-up window that appears, choose the Advanced tab on the right and then the All time option on the dropdown menu for the Time range:
Lastly, make sure that only the following items are selected and then click on the Clear data button:
